Where Growth Starts Below Zero

Below Zero Basketball Club is more than an organization, more than a team. We are a family built on hard work, discipline, and passion for the game –  we are building athletes. Founded in March 2019, our mission has never been about chasing clout or just winning games. We use the game of basketball as a platform to shape leaders, thinkers, and confident individuals. On and off the court, we focus on what matters most: character, discipline, and purpose.

Rooted in family values, mentorship, and a deep passion for youth development, Below Zero has become a movement across Houston’s AAU basketball scene. We offer elite-level teams and skill and training development programs for boys from 8U to 17U, as well as opportunities for girls’ AAU basketball. In 2025, we leveled up, becoming a proud part of the Puma Circuit, giving our players competitive exposure on a national stage.

But even with that spotlight, we stay grounded. We use the sport, not the sport use us – channeling  basketball as an opportunity. Our core values? Unity, Mentorship. Growth. Every player is seen, supported, and challenged. We teach how to lead, how to think, and how to show up with integrity.
